- What time is your check-in time and check-out time?
- Our check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.
- Can I leave my luggage if I arrive at your hotel earlier?
- Yes, we can look after your luggage when you check in.
- Do you accept credit cards?
- Yes,The following is available.

- Usually we serve dinner or breakfast in your room,

- We serve Japanese-style cuisine focused on seasonal ingredients.

- No, we do not have.

- It is 1:00pm.After that time,please push the buzzer at the entrance of the building.The staff will come soon.

- We do not have non-smoking room,but every room has an air purifier and keeps air clean.
- Do we can use Internet？
- We have LAN cable in the modern Japanese-style room and special Japanese-style room,PC at the lobby for free.
- Do you have spa？
- No,every room has a prefabricated bath.
- Can we extend the check-out time？
- Yes,we charge 3000yen for an hour.
- Where can I leave my luggage afer check out?
- Yes,You can leave luggage after your check.
- When do we pay the fee?
- As to payment,please pay on the check-in.
